Scholarships

Welcome to the scholarships webpage at the College of Education and Human Development!

Our scholarships are open to COEHD majors and students from other UTSA colleges seeking teacher certification. Scholarships are an excellent way to alleviate a student’s financial burden. They can assist in paying for tuition, books, and other costs associated with a degree or certification. Usually awarded on the basis of academic achievement, financial need, and availability of funds, our awards are distributed according to criteria established by the individual donor.

On this website, you can also find links to external scholarships at the college level, and for high school as well as transfer students.

Thanks to our donors’ generosity, in the last three years COEHD has been able to award roughly $400,000 in scholarship money.
